Between 09/10 at 8:00 PM PDT and 09/11 02:03 PM PDT customers may have experienced message delivery issues on WhatsApp. This was caused by a vendor outage as part of "WhatsApp Account Ownership Is Moving to You" update that was shared previously by Twilio. This is since resolved and confirmed all systems are operational.
We have fully investigated the issue with with Flex in the IE1 region, triggered by our automated alert, and it was determined that there is no noticeable customer impact. All systems are operational.
The issue where the "Friendly Name" within the SendGrid Console could not be edited and displayed the default friendly name has been resolved. SendGrid console is now operating normally at this time.
Between 3:15 AM PT and 3:30 AM PT, Intelligent Alerts system was unavailable due to a service event in AWS service that caused increased error rates in starting Applications and Jobs in the US-EAST-1 Region. The issue has been resolved, and the service is operating normally.
The issue affecting inbound and outbound calls to a subset of Twilio Brazil phone numbers has been resolved, and the service is functioning normally at this time.
