We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays SMS delivery when sending messages to multiple small networks in the United States for a subset of short codes. This incident has been resolved.

We are still observing recovery in outbound call failures from a subset of Twilio's Phone Numbers to KPN Netherlands. We will continue monitoring the service to ensure a full recovery. We will provide another update in 24 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
