We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to MTN Network in Rwanda (635-10). This incident is resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays and failures to Claro network in Ecuador. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing message delivery failures with WhatsApp and Verify. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to MTN Network in Cameroon. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Smart in the Philippines. This incident has been resolved.

We have fully investigated the SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Telefonica O2 network in Germany, and it was determined that the impact was limited to a small set of customers, who have been contacted individually to address any concerns. All systems are operational.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery receipt delay to Telefonica network in Mexico. This incident has been resolved.

Twilio is continuing to work with Meta to identify customers who were incorrectly charged due to the unintended early enablement of the new Per Message Pricing (PMP) by Meta.

As it is now July 1st, 2025 in certain countries, Meta is now rolling out PMP as expected. Therefore, this incident is now resolved.

Twilio and Meta will reconcile any charges over the next several weeks issuing credits as necessary. Please reach out to your account manager or open a support ticket if you believe you were affected and do not see a correction to your bill.

Connectivity issue with NetNumber between 1:13pm - 2:47pm PDT on 06/26/2025. During this period of time customers may have experienced intermittent issues with both AccSec-Identity API and SNA products. The issue has now been resolved.
