We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays and failures when sending messages to to Jazz Networks in Pakistan. This incident has been resolved.

Between October 16, 2025, at 21:15 UTC and October 17, 2025, at 19:45 UTC, some inbound SMS messages to Twilio accounts may have failed to be delivered, resulting in error code 30038. This issue was caused by an unexpected behavior following a filtering change. The change has since been reverted, and inbound SMS traffic is now processing as expected.

The issue affecting inbound calls to Twilio Brazil Phone Numbers has been resolved, and the service is functioning normally at this time.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery failures when sending to and receiving from AT&T network in Mexico. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing MMS/SMS delivery delays and failures to Orange network in Spain. This incident has been resolved.

The issue affecting a subset of SMPP API customer MO traffic has been resolved. Message delivery is now operating normally.

The issue with AccSec – US Verizon API errors has been resolved. Error rates have stabilized and the service is now operating normally.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Altan Redes in Mexico. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing delivery report delays when sending SMS to Xphone network in Israel. This incident has been resolved.
