The Twilio Programmable Messaging API was partially degraded starting from Oct 08th, 2025, 15:14:50 PST and ending at 15:15:00 PST. During this period of time, customers sending messages may have received elevated volumes of 5xx's in API responses. This issue has now been resolved.
