We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays and failures when sending messages to TeleTalk in Bangladesh. This incident has been resolved.

While we continue to experience SMS delivery failures on the Du and Etisalat networks in the United Arab Emirates. We have identified that this incident is only impacting a subset of Alphanumeric Sender IDs.

Given the limited number of customers impacted, Twilio will contact those impacted directly once actionable updates have been received from our Carrier Partner.

We have fully investigated the intermittent call failure from Twilio phone numbers to Emergency Numbers in US issue triggered by our automated alert, and it was determined that there is no noticeable customer impact. All systems are operational.
