Twilio Network was degraded for 35 minutes between 11:00 AM and 11:35 AM Pacific Time on 10/31/2024. During this period of time customers may have experienced SMS Delivery Delays and Delivery Failures to Multiple Networks in United States of America via Subset of Shortcodes. The issue has now been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to multiple Networks in the US via a subset of short-code. This incident has been resolved.

We have fully investigated the issue regarding SMS Delivery Failures to Multiple Networks in United Arab Emirates via a subset of Alphanumeric Sender IDs, and it was determined that the impact was limited to a small set of customers, who have been contacted individually to address any concerns. All systems are operational.

Twilio Network was degraded between 10:12 AM and 11:25 AM Pacific Time on 31/10/2024. During this period of time, customers may have experienced delivery failure and delays to T-Mobile in Czech Republic. The issue has now been resolved.
