Twilio Whatsapp Media Messaging was degraded for 9 minutes between April 3, 5:00 AM and 5:09AM Pacific Time. During this period of time customers may have experienced delay in whatsapp media message delivery. The issue has now been resolved.
We have fully investigated the API errors on the transcript retrieval issue, and it was determined that the impact was limited to a small set of customers, who have been contacted individually to address any concerns. All systems are operational.
From around 01:42 UTC to 01:52 UTC, customers using the Conversations SDK and Sync SDK may have experienced temporary delays in real-time updates on subscribed SDK objects. The issue has been mitigated and real-time updates to SDKs have been restored.
Twilio customers using the Twilio Help Center without a paid support plan were unable to contact support through ticket submission since approximately April 1, 2025 at 4:00 PM PST. Paid support and Personalized support customers were unaffected. This issue was resolved on April 1, 2025 at approximately 12:00 PM PST.
