We have fully investigated the Opt Out Failing for RCS Messaging Services Messages issue triggered by our automated alert, and it was determined that there is no noticeable customer impact. All systems are operational.

Between 12:04 AM UTC - 12:14 AM UTC , we experienced database connection issues with RDS Proxy and AuroraDB, however the issue has auto-recovered. Our engineering team has confirmed full recovery of our systems. We are investigating further to understand the root cause of the connection drops.
