We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery when sending messages to Italy Networks. This incident has been resolved.

Between 12:04 AM UTC - 12:14 AM UTC , we experienced database connection issues with RDS Proxy and AuroraDB, however the issue has auto-recovered. Our engineering team has confirmed full recovery of our systems. We are investigating further to understand the root cause of the connection drops.

We are no longer experiencing SMS Delivery Delays from and to Multiple Networks in the United States of America via Subset of Shortcode. This incident has been resolved.
