The issue affecting voice call failures from Twilio Phone Numbers to Claro network subscribers in Puerto Rico has been resolved, and the service is functioning normally at this time.

Twilio Voice ConversationRelay was degraded for 120 minutes between 09:00 and 11:00 Pacific Time on 03/23/2026. During this period of time, customers using Deepgram Nova-2 with multilingual support enabled may have experienced missing transcriptions. The issue has now been resolved.

Issue with Conference users not being able to hear each other has been resolved and Conference service is operating normally at this time.

We have fully investigated the delays and failures from Twilio to ISP Telecom  in the United States issue triggered by our automated alert, and it was determined that there is no noticeable customer impact. All systems are operational.

We are no longer experiencing delivery report delays from a subset of Twilio Short Codes to Viaero network subscribers in the United States. This incident has been resolved.

We have fully investigated the SMPP API issue, and it was determined that the impact was limited to a small set of customers, who have been contacted individually to address any concerns. All systems are operational.

The issue causing intermittent authentication failures in Twilio Flex has been resolved and the service is operating normally at this time.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays with a subset of Twilio Australia Phone Numbers. This incident has been resolved.
