Messaging Insights bookmarks resolution was degraded from 19:34 UTC to 21:47 UTC on 09/17/2025. During this period, customers may have experienced issues with their bookmarked queries not resolving in the UI and would have been redirected to the Overview Tab. The issue has now been resolved.
