Twilio Messaging Service product was degraded for 6 minutes between 11:56pm and 12:02am Pacific Time on 03/20/2025. During this period of time customers may have experienced problem with Messaging services. The issue has now been resolved.
Earlier today our monitoring systems have detected a potential issue with AccSec - UK EE API Errors. Our engineering team has resolved the issue and there is no further impact.
Twilio customers may have experience 5xx errors while trying to purchase international phone numbers with an approved primary customer profile. This impact was visible from 3/13 to 3/17. This issue was identified by our team and resolved on 3/18. There is no current impact to purchasing international numbers.
