We are no longer experiencing MMS delivery delays when sending messages to Multiple Network in United States of America via a Subset of Short Codes. This incident has been resolved.
Between 09:24 - 09:29 UTC Twilio experienced disruption to Voice and Messaging services in ie1. At this time, all services have recovered and we do not expect any further degradation.
Voice customers with active calls may have experienced call drops or failures to establish call sessions. Failover did take place to minimize impact. Messaging customers may have experienced a delay in message delivery and, in extremely isolated cases, message failure. Retry redundancy took effect to protect traffic.
Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed the issue with Serverless Function Deployment has been resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.
The issue affecting call quality from a subset of Twilio Phone Numbers in Malaysia has been resolved, and the service is functioning normally at this time.
