Issues where Twilio accounts may not have been able to capture speech through Gather has been resolved and TwiML, Speech Recognition, and Conversational Intelligence are operating normally at this time.
We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery failures from and to multiple networks in France for a subset of long code numbers. This incident has been resolved.
We have fully investigated the Flex Admin Console errors issue, and it was determined that the impact was limited to one customer, who has been contacted individually to address any concerns. All systems are operational.
We have identified that this incident has the same root cause as another open incident resulting in SMS delivery delays in the United States, and are resolving this duplicate.
