Incident History

Access issues to the WhatsApp sender configuration page in the Twilio Console have been resolved, and the service is operating normally at this time.

We have fully investigated the issue with Voice triggered by our automated alert, and it was determined that there is no noticeable customer impact. All systems are operational.

Twilio Programmable Messaging APIs was degraded for 2 minutes between 09:59 and 10:01 Pacific Time and then again between 10:27 and 10:29 Pacific Time on 02/03/2026. During this period of time customers may have experienced high error rate connecting to Twilio's messaging APIs. The issue has now been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to MTN network in Rwanda. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays and failures when sending messages to Drillisch 1&1 in Germany. This incident has been resolved.

Twilio Messaging in IE1 was degraded for 5 minutes between 3 February 2026 09:35 AM UTC and 09:40 AM UTC. During this period of time customers may have experienced delays in message status updates for certain messages in the IE1 region. The issue has now been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing issues with inbound SMS messages to a subset of Twilio phone numbers in Australia. This incident has been resolved.

We are currently investigating an issue where inbound SMS messages are not being received by a subset of Twilio phone numbers in Australia. Our engineering teams has been engaged and currently investigating. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

The issue affecting Voice failures has been resolved, and the service is functioning normally at this time.

We are no longer experiencing delivery report delays when sending messages to GrameenPhone Network in Bangladesh. This incident has been resolved.
