The Twilio Programmable Messaging API is partially degraded for 50secs from Oct 2nd, 2024, 13:46:10 UTC to Oct 2nd, 2024, 13:47:00 UTC . During this period of time, customers sending a message may have received elevated volumes of 5xx's in API responses. This issue has now been mitigated.
