We are currently investigating an issue where some Mexico customers using USD currency might experience issue related to account balance not getting updated successfully which is resulting in account suspension and preventing activation. Our engineering are actively investigating on this. We will provide another update as soon as more information becomes available. Thank you for your patience.
We have mitigated the issue and are observing recovery for customers who experienced account suspension despite successful payment processing. This incident has been resolved.

Twilio Programmable Messaging API was degraded for 40 seconds between 6:37:10 and 6:37:50 Pacific Time on April 7, 2026. During this period of time customers may have experienced elevated rate of HTTP 500s from the send message API response. The issue has now been resolved.
