Twilio Lookup product was degraded for 1 minute between 14:04 and 14:05 Pacific Time on 08/27/2025. During this period of time, Lookup returned 38 HTTP 503 errors in a minute for all reassigned_number requests. The issue has now been resolved.
We have fully investigated the issue with Voice Numbers getting tagged as spam by Comcas using Authy, and it was determined that the impact was limited to a small set of customers, who have been contacted individually to address any concerns. All systems are operational.
We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays & failures when sending messages to and from Claro Network in Brazil. This incident has been resolved.
