We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Safaricom Network In Kenya. This incident has been resolved.

Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed the issue with Audio quality with Voice calls from Network Subscribers to a subset of Twilio landline numbers in Colombia has been resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.

Flex agents are able to operate normally, and there are no indications of service disruption or degradation.

Multiple customers in India were incorrectly charged taxes during the January end-of-month cycle. On January 28th, a tax ID revalidation caused many tax exemption flags to be incorrectly removed. During the timeframe from 23:15 UTC to 23:38 UTC on 2/11, 1% of Conversations API requests were unable to be processed. This included, but was not limited to, the creation of new Conversations, sending Messages, and adding Participants to Conversations.
