MMS delivery in the United States was degraded for 50 minutes between 16:40 and 17:30 Pacific Time on 07/06/2025. During this period of time customers may have experienced MMS delivery failures via Toll Free and Long Codes. The issue has now been resolved.
The issue affecting intermittent account security API errors for Telkomsel network in Indonesia has been resolved, and the service is functioning normally at this time.
