The incident has been resolved and SMS delivery and delivery receipts from Twilio to DigiMobil (Movistar) network subscribers in Spain are operating normally.
Twilio Programmable Messaging API was degraded for 40 seconds between 6:37:10 and 6:37:50 Pacific Time on April 7, 2026. During this period of time customers may have experienced elevated rate of HTTP 500s from the send message API response. The issue has now been resolved.
