We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to MTN and Vodafone Network in Ghana. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Mattel Network in Mauritania. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS Delivery Delays to Cingular Wireless (AT&T) in the United States of America via a Subset of Shortcodes. This incident has been resolved.

Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed the issue with WhatsApp, where inbound and outbound messages were experiencing delays, has been resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.

We have fully investigated the Flex AgentTransfer & markComplete service disruption issue triggered by our automated alert, and it was determined that there is no noticeable customer impact. All systems are operational.

We are no longer experiencing MMS/SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Claro in Colombia. This incident has been resolved.

The delays with WhatsApp Template Approvals has been resolved and template approvals are operating normally at this time.
