We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to MTN Nigeria. This incident has been resolved.

Twilio WhatsApp was degraded for 1 hour 26 minutes between 14:10 and 15:36 Pacific Time on 08/06/2025. During this period of time customers may have experienced delays in sending WhatsApp messages. The issue has now been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery failures to multiple networks in the United States of America. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing MMS/SMS delivery failures when sending messages to the MTN Network in Ivory Coast. This incident has been resolved.

The issue causing missing audio and silent calls to a subset of Twilio UK phone numbers has been resolved, and the service is functioning normally at this time.

Twilio Voice: ConversationRelay was degraded for 62 minutes between 19:38 and 20:40 Pacific Time on 08/05/2025. During this period of time customers may have experienced the text-to-speech for ConversationRelay not working due an ElevenLabs incident. The issue has now been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing MMS/SMS delivery delays when sending messages to AT&T Mexico in Mexico. This incident has been resolved.

We are still experiencing SMS delivery delays and failures when sending Short Code, Long Code and Toll Free messages to AT&T network in USA.
