The issue affecting some voice recordings that were stuck in processing has been resolved and the service is functioning normally at this time.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to 9mobile in Nigeria. This incident has been resolved.

On February 19th, from approximately 9:00 AM to 9:10 AM and 12:00 PM to 12:26 PM PST, we experienced issues with Flex and Task Router. Customers may have noticed increased latency as well as Agents having issues accepting or interacting with Tasks and Invites. This issue has been mitigated.

We are no longer experiencing MMS/SMS delivery Report delays when sending messages to multiple networks in the United States of America via a subset of shortcodes.. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery failures to DiGi and Celcom Networks in Malaysia via subset of Alpha Sender ID's and Longcodes. This incident has been resolved.

We have observed complete recovery in SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Vodafone Omnitel in Italy. This incident has been resolved.

We have observed recovery in SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Multiple Networks in United States of America via a Subset of Shortcodes. This incident has been resolved.

We have observed complete recovery in SMS delivery delays when sending messages to RighTel in Iran. This incident has been resolved.

We have observed full recovery in SMS when sending messages to Syriatel Holdings in Syrian Arab Republic. This incident is resolved.

We are no longer experiencing MMS delivery delays and failures when sending messages to T-mobile US. This incident has been resolved.
