We are continuing to experience SMS delivery failures to a subset of Twilio Israel Longcodes. We have contacted all impacted customers directly with further details while our engineers continue to work with our carrier partner to resolve the issue. This Status Page post will be marked as resolved but we will continue to update impacted customers separately.
We have fully investigated the Twilio Verify API receiving 503 error responses issue, and it was determined that the impact was limited to a small set of customers, who have been contacted individually to address any concerns. All systems are operational.
We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Telefonica Network in Chile via Domestic Long Codes. This incident has been resolved.
