We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to multiple networks in Mexico. This incident has been resolved.

The issue causing delays retrieving call logs via API since 15:00:00 UTC 28 Oct has been resolved, and the service is functioning normally at this time.

We have fully investigated the SMS Delivery Delays to Shelcomm Network in United States of America, and it was determined that the impact was limited to a small set of customers, who have been contacted individually to address any concerns. All systems are operational.

Twilio Authy API was degraded for 40 seconds between 09:13:09 and 09:13:49 Pacific Time on 10/26/2025. During this period of time customers may have experienced increased number of 500 errors. The issue has now been resolved.

Console users unable to access the My Accounts and Project Summary pages issue has been resolved and Twilio Console is operating normally at this time.
