The incident has been resolved and SMS delivery receipts from Twilio to Safaricom network subscribers in Kenya are operating normally.

Twilio Messaging Services was degraded for 46 days between July 21 2026 3:28 PM  and Sept 4 2026 6:00 PM Pacific Time . During this period of time, customers that sent messages with media url that contained a comma and added the messaging service sid parameter in their messages will have their messages messages incorrectly rejected with http 400 and Twilio error code 21620 .

The incident has been resolved and SMS delivery from a subset of Twilio Alphanumeric Sender IDs and Short Codes to Vodafone network subscribers in Italy is operating normally.

The incident has been resolved and SMS delivery from a subset of Twilio Long Codes to network subscribers on affected networks in France is operating normally.

The incident has been resolved and voice calls from a subset of Twilio Phone Numbers to network subscribers on affected networks in Germany are operating normally.

We have fully investigated the potential issue with Status-Callback Service triggered by our automated alert, and it was determined that there is no noticeable customer impact. All systems are operational.
