Twilio Messaging API was degraded for 19 minutes between 09:17 and 09:36 Pacific Time on 04/05/2025. During this period of time, customers may have experienced SMS Delivery Delays to Multiple Carriers in India from a subset of Short Codes. The issue has now been resolved.
Twilio Console Sender IDs was degraded for 24 hours between 3:00pm, April 2nd and 2:46 PM April 3rd Pacific Time During this period of time customers may have experienced not being able to select Business Profile when applying for a Sender ID. The issue has now been resolved.
