Twilio Provisioner was degraded for 733 minutes between 21:18 on 09/25/2024 and 09:31 on 09/26/2024 Pacific Time. During this period of time customers may have experienced Error 500 when submitting 10DLC and Toll-Free provisioning requests. The issue has now been resolved.
